Derek, I don’t know how contractor system work in game business. Is it possible that Illfonic not only left with the expertise, but also with some ownership on tech, code etc used in SM ?(edit : just saw your post #2327 as well now )

The troll war has already begun on french gaming forums. The TOS had’nt been changed by then so I had got my refund request validated, and thus been refunded. BUT this might help you still .

But the EU law itself is powerful enough to base protect you. Now M.Smart can tell us more about it, but I guess the issues regarding refunds are mostly about poeple living in the USA (?).
