They’ll continue to try hard not to refund you. keep spoiling them, tell them everything you saw here, ponzi scheme, legal blur, incompetence and nepotism. Use everything you can to show the CS guy/girl they’re screwed. Tell them about FTC and European court if needed. Scare them and they might refund you in the end. Their activity is illegal, you know it is, and they know it. Make sure Sandi Gardiner knows you know they know 🙂 She will refund you. And since they’ve been monitoring here, and the Goonies instead of making a game, they already know you are seeking for refund.
SA forums would be eager of your story. You should definitly relay it there. Some people there posting undercover have insights about what’s going on at CIG.  Your story allegates even more what’s going on. The way they handled your recruitment and had you not hired for the reasons you cited, doesn’t surprise me at all.
Lol I love those doc style a la National Geographic where there’s no digging into the subject. The only thing I’ve hinted on was at the end when he can’t say if the game is good , because it’s puzzled in bits and hard to say till it all gets together etc.. . They don’t ask how come after 4 years?
It seems he went off by his own; I guess we’ll never know his statement about CIG but he did the smart move anyway. The new girl replacing him ‘Amy’ , for now, is totally drawn into CIG cause, but for how long?
You are absolutely right, people working for the con-team( Chris, Sandi, Ortwin) do their best. Most don’t know they are fully working for a scam design buisness. Also I don’t believe Chris to be a born con-man. Just a megalomaniac fool that is using every tools at his disposal regardless of ethical. That leaves us with at least 2 con brains from the begining. And again people working under them can do the best they want, they’re just filling in the nutshell shows.
