Yeah, the 14 days is the time limit for returns in EU nations. However, what they’re not telling you is that period is for finished and delivered products. As they have yet to finish, let alone deliver as promised, you are exempt from that 14 day period. So you should press for it, report it to your country’s authorities etc.
