In case you missed my Tweet earlier today. Foundry 42 UK have filed their accounting. It doesn’t look good. They’re low on cash.
And that number you see as them being owed money, is probably from funding since the company doesn’t have anything to sell which would lead to them being owed money.
That’s why they will need another ship sale
I put this image up before but it disappeared.
I got that message over a month ago and they still have not gotten to my request. I think their C/S is hurting and not able to cope with demand. Its under resourced and this response from them is the outcome of that.
So the clock on the TOS runs out in 14 hrs approximately. I guess this is the lull before the storm.
Aside from them meeting your demands is there anything else they(Roberts & co.)could do to come to an acceptable resolution?
I guess I am asking is there any common middle ground that could be built upon?
