“Do not let your self worth be defined by bullies“.

No truer words have been spoken. Good for her. Idiots (the guy who sent her that email) are the reason that governments the world over are using crap like this as an excuse to police the Internet.

There is a fine line between Free Speech (a misnomer if I ever saw one) and anti-social (bullying defined) behavior. The Internet continues to blur that line.

Unfortunately, it takes money – lots and lots of it – to make these asshats pay for their behavior. I should know; I’ve been there, have done that, got the t-shirts and the huge legal bills to prove it. In the end, they get off with merely a slap on the wrist and you are left with an unsatisfying feeling of helplessness, despair, resentment and a sizable hole in your wallet.

The solution? I dunno, but since stuff like this takes lives, the death penalty would be nice; because I am a staunch advocate of an eye for an eye. But that’s just me.

When Jesus Christ said “Love they neighbor…” (assuming that it was in fact translated correctly), my guess is that he didn’t plan for what humanity would become. Heck, even his dad tried to rid the planet of entire societies (S&G) for their bad behavior; so he probably knew something that his son didn’t.
